Our Patrol Division provides drive-through patrols and call response for contracted properties 24 hours a day. Rather than remaining at one location, TASK9 Patrol Agents continuously move between client properties, conducting proactive patrols and responding to calls for service.

Our agents are trained to assess the situation, take appropriate action within their authority, de-escalate when possible, document what occurred, and involve law enforcement or emergency services when required, with a goal of working well with our Public Safety Partners.
TASK9 Stationary Security Agents are assigned to specific client locations where a continuous security presence is needed.
They perform many of the same security functions as our Patrol Agents while also handling duties specific to the property and client’s needs.
And they aren’t working alone.
When a Stationary Agent encounters a situation requiring additional personnel, TASK9 Patrol can respond to provide backup and assistance.
Behind our agents is TASK9 Dispatch.
Our dispatchers are trained to understand security operations and help coordinate the resources necessary to handle calls for service. They monitor and manage communications involving radios, phones, SMS, cameras, officer GPS systems, and other safety technology.
Dispatch also serves as a critical lifeline for personnel in the field, coordinating additional TASK9 resources and contacting police, fire, or EMS when requested or necessary.
TASK9 incorporates multiple layers of accountability into our operations.
Patrol and Stationary Security Agents utilize body-worn cameras, GPS-based personnel tracking, incident reporting systems, and regular training through the TASK9 Training Center.

TASK9 maintains professional K-9 teams consisting of trained working dogs and experienced handlers. Our handlers participate in regular maintenance training to keep each team sharp, identify potential issues, and maintain reliable field performance.

Our K-9s are trained to recognize specific target odors and communicate the presence of those odors to their handlers. When a K-9 alerts, the handler documents the results and reports the findings to the client.
Because TASK9 provides private-sector K-9 services, our teams can be used by property owners and organizations as part of their safety, security, and policy-enforcement programs, subject to applicable law and the client’s authority over the property.
